Provident Funds being kept by Momentum Funds at work -umbrella funds

Our hotel brand was sold to another brand - and so we were told that our funds will be transfered to the new hotel - the new hotel brand did not like us and so after about 3 mths we pushed out of our work - we app**** for our provident fund from Momentum - we only could salvage the 3 months provident fund which we had accumulated with the new hotel brand - the rest of the other funds at work accumulated with the previous hotel brand could not be accessed - Momentum keeps telling us that the management from the old brand needs to sign our forms for us to get our monies - the old hotel brand's management, went back to the USA - so please tell us hello peter - how are we ever going to access these funds, which our childrens are so much waiting and so dependant on it? Please help!
