Provident fund withdrawal dissatisfaction

Am so heart broken i trusted momentum wholeheartedly but so now very sad to write this since February 2025 waiting on my withdrawal to be processed and funds paid into account till today its now April no response from anyone or the administrators .when i call they put me on hold for more then 5 minutes and airtime cut out ....

submitted my documents twice but no one gets back to me no one respond to my email not to mention calls .....yoh worse expireince ever and only if i knew they do this i wasn't gonna save up with them

i am so disappointed with momentum. They just don't care at all been sending email s and calling but they just ignore me . I am sure they making a lot of from robbing poor black people
