Provident Fund withdrawal claim year delay
I got the shock of my life today, when momentum told me that it will take a year for them to process my withdrawal claim from my Provident fund bacause the company l used to work for terminated the scheme.l thought people where lying when they said their service is the worst, a brother of mine got his money more than a year after he had retired.

I have attempted to call the number which is noted on your complaint and have been advised that this is an incorrect number.
The Fund is currently being liquidated and this is unfortunately a process which has to be followed. We submit the termination to the FSCA who in turn will advise us whether we may compete a liquidation exemption or whether this will be a full liquidation, the FSCA has one month in which to respond to us.
We are not in a position to pay out the funds before we have the approval.
