Provident fund withdrawal
Momentum is the worst Provident fund administrator I have been waiting for my funds payments for the last 4 months and the last time I called them on Friday they say the money has been transfered to my bank. who is lying here the bank or Momentum,it's like we are borrowing that money from you. Reviews says a lot about you numbers don't lie you are serious failure at all angles

20 Nov 2024, 19:57The problem is not the call centre agent or managers.... everything starts on top the leader at momentum is surely clueless or doesn't care about all the negative reviews received everyday if she did corrective action plans would have been implemented by now it's time for you to leave that position you causing more harm than good to the company
