Provident fund payout

I am applaud I sent my documents including updated bank details on October 13 and received notification October 14.turnaboumd time is 26 business days which is marked 19 November.I received an email 11 November to once again sent an email for payment details once again i got an email from Anele telling me about turnaround time which clearly indicates that h/she did did not look at my profile/account as he would have calculated the days.I am depending on the money.i dont have money for food or to go to job interviews or go apply for uif.I am alone. With no family I need this payment please because this is unfair I have been waiting living off debt I just want my money
