Provident fund payout

Hi, i am writing this on behalf of my brother Thobani Khuzwayo ID Number : *** 085 who had a cover at his Job and Momentum facilitated the payout/payments. We have been in contact with Momentum via their call centre for the passed 3 months and there has been no joy. Mr Khuzwayo is still awaiting Momentum to conclude payments of his Provident fund and there seems to be no success with them. They always tell us the same story that there is contradicting infirmation regarding Mr Khuzwayo's start and finish dates. Can Momentum follow up immmediately to ensure that this case is solved.
