Provident fund pay out

I made a withdrawal on my momentum provident fund and was informed that the pay out would be made within 26 days and a confirmation would sent to verify all of this information. I still haven't received the money in my account nor have I received any communication regarding this matter, Your level of service is extremely unsatisfactory.

I was retrenched and debts are pilling up due to loss of income, was looking to invest on business but hey momentum doesnt give a sh#t, when you call you just get tossed around.
