Provident fund momentum

I resigned 29 Jan 2020 and support I have received my funds by now , however I ended up sending again the documents last month on 25 since they been saying no documents received from cartrack. At this moment I been calling since last week Wednesday 4/3/2020 the was a guy who I spoke to told me I will get an SMS confirming money is released to my account and will receive money on Friday 6/3/2020 however still nothing , made a call again on Friday spoke to busi she assured me that she is the one who is busy with the payment and will release it same day and I will get an SMS still nothing ... I called again today at 11 asked to speak to her three times and was placed on hold and then call disconnected.. that's when I called again fourth time and I spoke to Kgomotso who assured me also that payment was send through awaiting approval I will get an SMS today... All I want is for my money to reflect in my account by Wednesday as per busi said I will not wait again another month to pass ... This is not good ... You can not lie to your clients whenever they call in how are. We gonna recommend this company to other companies.... This is not good..
