Provident fund fiasco

I was let go from my job in September due to Covid 19 , I then app**** for my provident fund payout to keep me going thru these tough times, after submitting all the documentation I was told it would take 28 working days to proceed, after this period, I recieved a payment of from momentum but of only a fraction of the amount owed, once I enquired about this I was told sorry they had not paid out all the money but that , they would proceed with the rest of the payment, but that it would take another 28 working days , I am in desperate need of this money I have waited for for over 2 months now
