Provident fund Complaint

I have facing an issue with Momentum in regards of my Provident funds, yesterday I went to their offices personally in Tyger valley to actually find out what is happening with my claim , because each time I call them I am told a different story everytime. I had put in a claim since last year and I was told that it would be resolved, there is a new excuse now that they are waiting on their IT department to sort out something on my claim. I do not want to lie I feel helpless and I am very hungry I am so broke in fact I am in debt because I have been waiting on money that i do not know when I am going to get it. I am not sure who are the underwriters of Momentum but I need anyone above to intervene, I do not think that my matter is taken seriously. Even yesterday I did not get a straight answer to confirm when I am getting my money
