Provident Fund claim process through FundsatWork

Disappointed about the claim process of Momentum Retirement Fundatwork. The claim was submitted in June 2015 which the initially turnaround time was stipulated as two weeks to be paid out. When conducted follow up through Shaakira Moosa and Azeemah on the 28 July 2015 was then advised that the turnaround time for claim submission takes 6 weeks. I called the momentum officials again this morning and no clear feedback has been provided. Till now the date is 03 of August 2015 which makes it 7th week and am still not informed as when am I receiving my monies. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Momentum Retirement Administrators to Momentum by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
