Provident fund claim

I am deeply and honestly disappointed that after 39days since i have filled for my funds @ work from momentum yet they have been sending me from pillar to post and no longer answering their calls i honestly though cause i resigned i will open an investment portfolio to continue with them.

I now don't know what to do and how to get assisted they keep telling me about their I.T department and i don't know how that affects me.
