Provident fund claim.

I have since resigned from work in December 2020. I claimed for provident fund since then. I have been told that the company had not paid for November and December. The company confirmed that the payment was made. I spoke to Momentum and informed her of what the company indicated. I received confirmation of documents sent to Momentum from the company and followed up. It is now July and everytime I call, I am told that I will be called back. The worst service ever.
