Provident fund claim
i have been waiting for my provident fund payout for over 2 months now when i was told it would take 26 working days i am really dissapointed as of now i have just called for the 7th time and I always get empty promises i am soooo dissapointed in the horrible service.

I wish to confirm that Our Portfolio Manager has contacted you and confirmed that the reason for the delay was an incorrect tax number which was provided with the claim.
On 1 September 2017 the correct number was received and we were then in a position to proceed with the claim.
As confirmed the payment will be made by Friday.
