Provident fund and bad service

I was retrenched on the 28 of June 2022 and yet I haven't received my provident fund pay out ,my employer says there's a technical problem on momentum but when we consult momentum they say there is no such,the only thing they say our employer didn't contributed since December 2021 and on our payslip they were deducting it,all I want it's my money not excuses, and no one is informing me about anything.
