Provident fund

I have a problem with Momentum again. I received an email from them 2 weeks ago, they said i must send my bank account and section 6a so that they can so they can deposit my remaining provident fund, I send my bank statement to them but they said im not in their system but when i log in to their system in my portfolio i notice that I have +_R3390 that they owe me and they saying all sorts of stories.
