Provident Fund

Pure NONSENSE. I sent through all relevant documentation so as to receive my provident payout. I waited an entire month only to be told that my previous employer had not sent through my documents. As a result I took upon my self to have everything thing updated. Following that I was told that the payout would happen on the 06/09/2017. Surprise surprise nothing. I then called yesterday to find out out what happened and I was then told that the payout would happen 08/09/2017. Any guess what happened next? Nothing yet again. I called today and I was told that the person who authorizes these payments is not in. Really? Thanks for nothing.
