PROCESS OF ADDING COMPLETED RACES ANNOYING
Why is it that the process of adding completed running races so difficult?Even a search on google doesnt produce results , i phoned the call centre and the lady told me i have to go on entrytime?I explained im not registering i have completed races and not all races are on entrytime. So what i have to send the proof that i ran?She didnt seem sure of what i need to do.Vitality is so much easier than this really, we try to keep active and get annoyed and discouraged with the process of having to submit this .Please make it more accessible.
