Poor service/Lack of communication

I am still waiting for feedback for my withdrawal from momentum. I sent countless emails but the only thing i receive is automated response.

They only called once after i wrote a hello peter review and that was it. Talk about a company who doesnt care.

They promised that they will speed up the process but they were just saying that. Mind you i submitted my withdrawal form in March. They admitted they are only attending to it now

I just want my money withdrawn from momentum and in to my account and the other portion to my new pension fund immediately
