Poor service from MRA

I have been waiting for my pension fund benefit claim to be processed by MRA. I submitted my withdrawal on the 10th of May and was Initially told that processing should take 4-6 weeks. I waited for 5 weeks to contact them to find out how far the process is and was informed that the claim was still at first approval stage and that the claim would be escalated for further processing. I called again the next week and was told the same story about the claim being escalated. I eventually emailed *** and received a response that processing takes 8-10 weeks. I called to follow up again after the 8th and was again informed that the claim was at the initial approval stage and that it would be escalated.
