Poor service from momentum retirement administrators

I've had a horrible expirience in dealing with Momentum retirement fund administrators. They're the fund administrators for my previous employer. I left my employer in December 2019, having done all the administrative paperwork and elected my fund balance to be transferred to a preservation fund. My funds were released only in April 2020, after a lot of fighting, emails and escalations. I thought all was over until the time came for me to do my tax return. I discovered that I cannot finalise my tax return as Momentum have app**** for a tax directive for the 2020 year of assessment, however they did not file an IRP5 for the same year. I have been begging them to fix this for about more than a month now and there has been no action to fix this error. Now I'm faced with a possibility of incurring late submission penalties because some person didn't do what they were supposed to do, and they have no interest in fixing the error because it doesn't affect them directly. This is poor service!
