Poor Service from Momentum (Funds at work)

I had put a claim through to Momentum Funds at work for my provident fund claim on the 12th of December 2024 and was notified that the funds will take 26 working days. Only to call Momentum this morning on *** to be told that the funds have no yet been disinvested after such a long time. i had not received any form of communication until i made the call this morning. I am highly frustrated and unsatisfied with their service as i am currently unemployed and in need of the funds so i can plan my life.
