Poor service

Good day,

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service I have received from Momentum. I have been assisted by **Ziyanda Sithole, Rose Seloane, Glady Malulele and Vuyo Seloane**, but unfortunately none of them have been able to assist me or resolve my issue.

This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially from a company as big as Momentum. I urgently need proper assistance and a clear resolution to my matter.
