Poor service

I entrusted momentum with my annuity for over 10yrs. During my financial review I realized that there is no growth. So they did not take care of my investment? I decided to move to a company that is constantly trying to improve your growth and review your products to serve you the best. I found that momentum is very unhelpful and create loop holes and administrative pit falls to ensure you do not have access to your money. If you phone you never get to speak to some one just hold in to oblivion. Very disappointing for such a big company. Very glad we decided against the medical aid in January.
