Poor Service

Despite 3 emails to Websupport and Client Service I get no help with a "404 not found" error. When is somebody going to conatct my husband re this. He understands things that I do not.

Despite an email from Momentum stating that I would be contacted within 24 hours - this has come and gone and still nobody has bothered to phone. Not good enough Momentum
