Poor Service and Communication

I have ordered a Tom Tom Watch via Multiply. Multiply Order : ********** 78. The delivery was expected to be made within 7 business days. 14 days later and numerous calls made no delivery has been made. I spoke to a Ann Davies that kept on promising feedback and no feedback has been given. She is now ignoring my emails and calls. All i want is to understand what is happening so that I can make an informed decision.
