POOR SERVICE

I am disappointed with Momentum as my employer use this scheme for our retirement fund, it's the 3rd time requesting for a member benefit statement with no luck, they ignore my emails, yesterday i called, I Spoke to Kagiso, he said he will send the membership statement but nothing, sanlam is better than this company.
