Poor service

Ive been trying to claim my funds from momentum preservation, i waited for them to pay my funds into my account its already been 2 months, they dont even call or email me on how far my claim is, it feels like im teying to borrow money from them yet its my own money im trying to get from them, ive never experienced such a poor service in my life
