Poor service

I have a query regarding the annual taxable income that was given to SARS for my withdrawal. The consultant stipulated the value of R***2 instead of R400064 therefore resulting in my tax deduction being R13200 instead of R9202.

I have been in contact with Momentum the whole week and my calls just get cut off when I have to speak to the manager. I need this to be sorted out because I have been deducted R4000 more that I was supposed.
