Poor service

I was expecting my funds from them, I was told to send my bank details to them of which I did and I got a reference number to state that it has been received. On the 3rd day I called and I was told they are still waiting for my bank statement. What kind of service is that? When you even got an email reference number. I spend my money calling you guys and I was expecting the funds within 48hours.
