Poor Service

I had a provident fund at Momentum about 3 years ago and now want to claim back my money as my provident fund is with another company. I have phoned about eight times and still haven't received a claim form. I was first told that the money has been paid out to me already but I haven't filled in any forms or have never contacted Momentum to claim my provident fund. Why is it so difficult to get back your own money that they so gladly an easily accept from you?? I am moving all my life policy's from Momentum and would not advise anyone to ever use any one of Momentum's products. Imagine how your family is going to struggle if they have to claim your life policy.
