poor service

We been waiting for pay out towards a claim. Was told it was for tax directive not back yet. Went to sars office and said that tax directive was already sent back to momentum. As we need the money urgently nothing is being done after tax directive. Some wait 7 weeks like my mom we are already on 3 months. How does this work. Would be glad for assistance.
