Poor poor service

I submitted my provident fund withdrawal first week on October and last contribution was on the 25th October 2019. I've been calling and not getting clear answer on were the process is. I've been told that they are still processing it will take up to 15 days. I called again this morning and I was told that they need to send to SARS. Your offices will close on the 20th December, if not processed that time will that mean I will only get my funds in 2020? :(
