Poor poor poor Momentum Multiply

I noticed a few days ago that my weekly win was not allocated. Upon looking into the issue, I found that my target for my weekly win moved up.

I inquired about this on the live chat as this was new to me. I know other rewards prpgrams does this, but not Multiply?? The live chat informed me that it is under the weekly wins terms and conditions, but it was never formally communicated and it was an internal business decision. So the good news of monthly wins are being communicated, but not the catch. How poor is that?

So apart from the fact that I lost last week's weekly win, due to the poor communication from Multiply's side, and needles to say also the monthly win, I lost my passion for promoting Multiply.

It seems like Momenrum’s Rewards Program is turning into Let's-see-how-we-can-catch-our-members Program. So disappointing...

To top it all, I escalated this query over email, but still nothing, just a survey request on “how did we perform” ……Ridiculous
