Poor performance from Momentum on withdrawel
Submitted my divorce degree and settlement agreement on 11 Sept 2015, I am suppose to get 50% of my ex husbands pension fund. Up to date I contacted the call centre twice and emailed twice to inquire. Only answer is that their legal dept is still busy verifying my claim??? I will not consider investing in Momentum if this is how the treat claims.
