Poor customer service delivery

Never came across such poor customer service. CC agents avoiding questions , placed on hold for long periods of time. Submitted my withdrawal claim , over a month now going back and forth , taken from piller to post. Administrators not doing their jobs and no correspondence whatsoever regarding your claim until you call in to find your claim is just sitting. Very dissapointed in your service.
