Poor customer service and no communication

Good day I very upset with Momentum . Their customer service is horrible with agents that do not have product knowledge as well as the patience to assist . I requested my pension find withdrawal in November 16 even today it still saying waiting to be processed. The office have closed and with no clear communication and assistance . I have emailed them but no response. It's such a pathetic service from such a big company. My ID number is ***.
