Poor customer service
Very Poor customer service! Withdrawing funds with them seems impossible.Everytime I call in I’m told to stay on hold while they get someone to assist,I never get any assistance and they never call back as promised,they even hung up calls

We would like to assist you, but there are various business units within the company. If you say withdrawing funds, does this imply a pension fund or a policy contract? Could you please assist us in determining to which business unit we should revert? Possibly provide us with the policy contract number to which you can respond as a private reply?
