Poor and disgusting Service.?

Momentum workers are unprofessional, disgusting and not trustworthy. Especially two of them that I had to deal with, namely Mziwoxolo Nxumalo and Shadi Kekana.

I have sent all documents to their company requesting my provident fund payout, but there is no response from either of them. Sent an email asking them to provide me with feedback regarding my claim but non whatsoever responded, I am now facing fanincial burdens because of this company and its employees. Every time I have to be the one who has to follow up from them and they do not bother themselves giving me feedback.

I submitted a Provident Fund claim to withdraw my funds from them from February till today I have not received a cent, the 26 days promise was never met and to my surprise they tell me that my banking details have a problem yet I have never had any changes nor additions to them with my employer and all of a sudden they have a problem with them.

This company has not problem when deducting from your salary but when it's time to payout more and more problems come. If you really want to invest anything to them you must make sure to its a thouraly considered decision because you will have a runaround trying to get your funds from them.
