Poooooor useless service provider

Im kenneth the company i was working from submitted my claims documents from work all of them since 03/05/2023 even till to date no response from momentum poor service provider I even received automatic response email from work that they received from momentum saying it will be 26 business days till to date nothing forgetting that some of use we r no longer working we need that money to support my family is my money
