Policy surrender is an absolute nightmare
Policy surrender is an absolute nightmare! Momentum are useless! Always full of excuses and they use feeble delay tactics. They have 5 to 10 consultants working on your policy and everyone has a different method or issue on your documents submitted. Correspondence and communication is so poor. Not very professional. Be careful how you invest your life... with Momentum.
