Policy review and premium increase without agreement

I have policy with them for over 10 years after my parents reach the age of 70 they did a review on my policy without notifying me and automatically changed my premium with more than 100% increase. I went to the brunch they could not give me answers instead they said I must peach to my Broker Ms Thabi Skosana who is not always available. They even told me that they escalated my quiry to the management, till this day they have never contacted me. I had this complain after seeing that my policy has increased to close to R1000. 00 while I was contributing R93 for my Mom and it went up to R220 and for my Dad it was R105 that went to R363 with benefit of R20 000.00. They told me that the Premium changed because of review that I have not signed nor agreed to. Yesterday send WhatsApp to say the consultants told her that the matter is escalated to the management the review was done and that is the reason why my policy wnet that hight, I asked her that how can a policy increase with more than R2000% increase and she couldn't give me the answer instead they went into my account and deducted money that I didn't sign for. Going back to my visit at the branch I told them to revert back my premium to what I have signed for and none of them then was done. I'm still waiting for them yet they busy *****ing my money from my account.
