Policy altered behind my back and now Momentum claims I have no endowment savings to my policy

My husband recently discovered that the endowment part of his Momentum Whole Life Assurance policy has never been captured in Momentum’s system and there is no record of it anywhere. On the original papers he signed, the endowment pages are the only two pages not initialled (and are blank, although he remembers the broker filling it in at the time).

Please note that we intend to approach the ombudsman together with others who have the same issue. We cannot afford to lose our entire retirement savings.
