Please reply to emails and questions
I Just would like to know.. why do you guys take so long to reply to emails or give feedback to a person. The WhatsApp online counsellors can never help all they do is refer a person to an email address or telephone number. My documents have been submitted on the 22nd of July and I'm still waiting for a reply..
