Please fix my profile and the products on it. Please send bi-annual statements iro HealthSaver, HealthReturns, Multiply Money accounts

I honestly don't know what you guys are doing to my profile, cause I can't even access my Multiply Money so I'm missing out on points there as well.... A summary of what had happened in the past year (not taking into account the other years)

1. Didn't receive my Health Returns for 6 months. "Glitch" in the system why I didn't receive my monthly Health Returns statement so I couldn't recon it.... sounds *****, I know. After fighting for three months, I finally received it. Still extremely worrisome that if something is wrong on my profile, the chances that I would know is extremely slim, only if I try to pay something through my HealthSaver and my funds are depleted (which exactly happened and that is how I knew that something is fishy).... Please add a function that one can easily download the HealthReturns earned per month, cause one can only see the latest balance on the profile which doens't really help in terms of reconciliation and of course any irregularities (can't see if money is taken out and put back in, 6 months worth of Health Returns not getting paid, etc).

2. Second or third time that I'm not receiving my Safe Dayz. First it was only on my profile, but now I see it is on my wife's profile also. I've sent in all of the relevant information in August, nothing has been done or allocated. It has worked in the past, so I think there is something wrong with the app updates or something wrong with my profile cause on the app it shows my wife and I have achieved Safe Dayz, but it doesn't pull through to our Profiles on the Momentum Portal. Please fix this.

3. Second or third time that I can't access my Multiply Money. It doesn't even show on our profiles!!!!!!!!!!! I mean, that is our interest earning saving account and it mysteriously vanishes every 6 months or so for a short period of time and only reappears AFTER I report it. I also had to ask Momentum to give us an indication what is in my wife's Multiply Money Wallet cause according to her profile and the app, she didn't have one even though we had deposited funds it in and got returns from PnP etc to that wallet. I really would like to get a bi-annual or annual statement of this account so that I can recon it. If money disappears from this account, I have no idea if money is taken out and put back in, interest earned for tax and account purposes, etc.
