Please finalize my withdrawal, it is now way passed the 26 day SLA that was promised

I submitted an instruction to withdraw my vested pot from the Funds At Work on the 15th January 2025 after resigning from my work, and was told the SLA was 26 days until I receive my withdrawal.

I have had to follow up countless times for my money and am not getting a satisfactory response. I called the previous week and was told by the consultant that I would receive my money by the end of this week.

I have just followed up on a call and am now being told there was an error on details submitted on their end which is going to cause another delay to me receiving my funds.

Please may I just receive my funds I've been waiting close to two months and am not happy with the inconvenience and delays being caused by momentum on paying out my money. I withdrew the funds because I needed to use them.

I am absolutely disappointed with the service I received.
