Pension withdrawal

It’s over a month since I claimed my pension fund pay out. I don’t see any movement on the mra website also no correspondence as to a reason for the delay. So far the reviews on here from other clients this past month shows that we have a common problem with momentum. This is certainly not complying with TCF outcomes.
