Pension/ provident fund withdrawal claim not processed
I have made a pension fund withdrawal claim on 26 May 2021, up to date nothing has been done to process my claim. I've been emailing them for several times and they don't bother to respond. On Tuesday the 15th of June 2021 I called them and I was informed that Ana Mphela is handling my claim and that she was not in and informed that I should call again today. I call again today but I was not given an opportunity to speak to Ana Mphela even though she was at the office today. I have also sent an email to Ana Mphela's direct email but she has not responded.

An Administrator Manager, Robin Johnson promised to fast track the process of my withdrawal claim in an email he sent me, however my claim is still not processed and whenever I call I'm being told it will processed that day but up until now it is not processed.
