Pension not paid

My brother is SJ Schoeman Id ***. He has special needs and receive a pension from Denel. This month his pension was not paid in, and he needs to pay the old age home were he stays. I phoned numerous times but apprently there is only 1 guy (Mr Piet Klopper) that can assist. I left messages but no joy. Can someone please assist.
