Pension money long overdue
I'm a frustrated widow struggling to get my husbands pension money from Momentum. Its been a year already waiting after submitting everything they have requested from me. I have the documents confirming the pension amount to be paid into my account but nothing received for almost a year waiting. I visited the offices in numerous occasions following up but they keep on promising and nothing happens. Instead they told me I'm not alone and I don't want to hear stories I need that pension money since I left with kids and I'm unemployed.

09 Feb 2022, 10:56Thanks, I hope this wont take forever because now I'm struggling with kids school uniform as is the beginning of the new year and when I visited the offices they told me they will advance me it was last year October till to date nothing is happening. I don't even know what to do next.
